Hypertherm Associates awarded Spark Something Great educational grants to 12 schools across the United States and Canada. Each recipient received a Powermax45 Sync air plasma system and in-person training from a Hypertherm product expert. Since 2015, Hypertherm Associates has donated more than $350,000 in plasma cutting systems to educators in North America. “For more than a decade, we put one of the most efficient metalworking technologies in the hands of students,” said Stephen Bruner, director of regionalmarketing and revenue operations, Hypertherm. “When they gain experience with modern plasma cutting technology in the classroom, they enter the workforce more confident and better prepared to contribute on day one.”
