Productive Robotics’ Blaze welding robot is part of the Blaze American-made family of collaborative robot (cobot) welding solutions. With the Blaze welding robot, customers can boost productivity with the highest possible arc-on time whether it’s handling complex one-off parts or high-volume production lines.

Fully upgradeable, the Blaze lineup ranges from standalone MIG robots for a business’s own table and welder to fully equipped large-format welding stations. Mobile welding robots are available as is a fully enclosed dual-station robotic welding system equipped with filtered fume extraction, LED lighting and Blaze Vision, a real-time video monitoring system that doesn’t require visors. In addition to MIG welding, the Blaze welding robot can also perform laser welding and cleaning.

Blaze robots feature 100 percent native welding software with no retrofits or patches. This means Blaze robots and software are all designed from the ground up by the Productive Robotics Weld Team, enabling seamless operations.

Blaze welding robot advantages:

  • Available in two sizes: 61-in. or 85-in. reach for both MIG torch or laser applications
  • Can be added to a pre-existing table and is compatible with welders from Miller, Lincoln and most other brands
  • A “no programming,” highly intuitive operation, users can teach Blaze a welding job in less time than it takes to manually weld
  • Repeatable, consistent, clean, precise welds every time with little to no post weld grinding or cleanup
  • 7-Axis welding: With seven fully rotating joints, the Blaze robot can maneuver around all sides of large or complex parts and fixtures to precisely position the torch, allowing more weldments to be accomplished in a single setup
  • A drag-and-drop control tablet features an unlimited weld library with complete control and customization of all welding parameters
  • Rated at IP 61, the sealed case control computer features fully integrated electronics protected from metal dust and gunk in a sealed cabinet
  • Direct factory support is live online with welding and robotics experts
  • A turnkey system, users can set up and be ready to weld out-of-the-box – without the need for third party integrators
  • Productive Robotics robots are proudly American made
