Witt Gas has introduced laser gas mixers designed for easy retrofitting to existing laser cutting systems, enabling faster and more precise cuts while lowering operating costs. By combining nitrogen and oxygen, the mixers improve cut quality, particularly on medium and thick sheet metal. This allows users to produce oxide- and burr-free edges on steel, stainless and aluminum. With outputs up to 438 Nm³ per hour and inlet pressures to 40 bar, the mixers feature constant pressure control, advanced gas quality monitoring and safety mechanisms. Mechanical and electronic models offer flexible operation and integration into modern production environments.
