Tormach announces technical support manager

Tormach Inc. promoted John Wallner to technical support manager. Wallner, who has worked at the company since 2014, will manage the company’s internal customer support team, responsible for ensuring customers are getting the best performance possible out of their machines. This includes managing day-to-day support operations to create positive brand experiences for existing customers and reducing troubleshooting problems, providing guidance on best practices, and acting as the voice of the customer internally while passing along feedback to the company’s product development, engineering and sales and marketing teams.
