By integrating Sortec material handling sorting technology, Tecoi developed a total system solution providing full automation from the plate to pallet. The Sortec solution automates material management from plate reception to part sorting to large format fiber laser cutting and then final output. The Sortec solution is easily customized to specific customer needs. Along with Sortec technology, the total system solution integrates other Tecoi innovations including the Loadtec automated servo-driven plate handling system and CAP System for automatic machine loading and unloading to Tecoi’s large-format laser cutting machine. The Robotec automatic sorting and palletizing system completes the process.
