AutoForm launched AutoForm Forming R13, the latest version of its software for stamping and body-inwhite (BIW) assembly processes. This version introduces new features and enhancements for the sheet metal forming process chain, most of them developed for the feasibility and validation phases. The update features reduced file sizes. It also introduces new result variables that enable accurate wrinkle detection and allow users to visualize and evaluate wrinkle behavior throughout the entire forming process. The software also brings major improvements in data continuity and usability during the process design phase.
