Scotchman Industries launched the CPO-350 automatic cold saw, a fully automated precision cutting system for steel, stainless steel and nonferrous materials. The saw features an automated material feed system and air-operated double vise for burr-free cuts. A key feature is the ability to print directly onto metal tubing and profiles. Through BIM software and automation integration, the system can mark UPC
codes, bend locations and hanger positions on materials such as Unistrut. The saw features manual miter capability from 45 degrees left to 45 degrees right with positive stops. It is supplied with a 315-mm HSS blade, blade wrench and coolant and complies with ANSI B11.10 safety standards.
