Schuler North America held a digitalization and modernization workshop in February, coinciding with the grand opening of its service facility in Canton, Mich. During the workshop, Schuler personnel discussed the press shop of the future and highlighted key technologies that maximize OEE, enable implementation of digitalization practices, and allow stampers to conduct smart press shop planning. Attendees also learned how the press shop of the future reshapes costs, output and carbon footprint. “We want our customers to take tangible information back to their shop and know that Schuler is available to support them in their digitalization journey,” stated Kevin McAllister, president of Schuler North America.
