Pemamek strengthened its presence in North America by acquiring Mach Machines, a robotics company specializing in robotic welding automation. The acquisition enhances Pemamek’s local organization and expands its automation capabilities. “By combining Mach’s local expertise and entrepreneurial spirit with Pemamek’s global technology portfolio and decades of experience, we are creating greater value for our customers,” said Juha Mäkitalo, CEO, Pemamek Group. The transaction will combine operations at an expanded facility in Blue Ash, Ohio, that will serve as a regional hub for sales, engineering, service, robotics demonstrations, systems integration and welding technology development.
