NoIR released industrial laser eyewear with advanced protection and a practical design to enhance worker safety. The glasses cover multiple wavelengths used for cutting, drilling, welding, cleaning and marking materials such as metals, plastics and ceramics. These processes serve industries including automotive, aerospace and electronics to produce precise parts and components. NoIR’s YG4 filter protects against near-IR and IR lasers such as 1050-nm to 1090-nm fiber lasers, Nd:Yag 1064-nm lasers, diode lasers and CO2 lasers. The filter is available in comfortable models like the F43 and offers high protection and visibility. Lenses provide optical density ratings above 7 and 8 depending on wavelength.
