Nidec Press & Automation (NP&A) promoted Eduardo Motohashi to president. Motohashi has more than a decade of leadership experience with Nidec Corp, most recently serving as senior vice president of Nidec Drive Technology Corp. He has played a key role in supporting NP&A’s growth strategy, including acquisitions and the continued expansion of its turnkey metal forming equipment and advanced automation capabilities. He will lead global engineering, finance, sales, service and operations across the company’s 17 facilities worldwide. “Eduardo brings a balanced combination of global perspective, operational discipline and deep technical understanding of our products, industry and global business,” said David Winch, CEO and vice chairman, NP&A.
