Metabo Corp. released three angle grinder models: the WEP 19-150 Quick M-Brush and the WEPBA 19-125 and WEPBA 19-150 Quick Drop Secure M-Brush. M-Brush technology reportedly saves the user from changing carbon brushes two times and extends the carbon brush lifetime by three times. These grinders are made for operators in such as boilermakers, ironworkers, production welders and fabricators. Each grinder features a 1,900-W and 14.5-amp motor with a newly optimized armature for increased power and faster heat dissipation. Safety features include the S-Automatic safety slip clutch and electronic cutout and a non-locking, ergonomic paddle switch design.
