Nederman acquired RoboVent, strengthening its North American position within the U.S. weld fume extraction segment. RoboVent, headquartered in Sterling Heights, Mich., with more than 100 employees located throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, will become part of Nederman’s Extraction & Filtration Technology division. “We continue to strengthen our abilities to deliver on our mission to protect people, planet and production from harmful effects of industrial processes. With this acquisition we strengthen our position in the U.S. significantly,” said Sven Kristensson, CEO of Nederman.
