Mid Atlantic Global, a division of Mid Atlantic Machinery, released the TeamMate Table Welder, an ergonomic spot welding solution designed to reduce physical strain during welding tasks. The system features a copper-top bench and suspended welding head, allowing operators to place heavy or complex parts on the accessible 47-in.-by-94-in. table for precise welding without holding components. This heavy-duty spot welder delivers 200-kVA power and accepts 460V, three-phase power. It welds steel, stainless steel and galvanized materials up to 0.157 in. thick and aluminum up to 0.060 in. thick. The system includes a laser pointer guide, LED work area lighting and a programmable 7.5-in. stroke, along with a water-cooled chiller.
