Mate Precision Technologies announced the retirement of its president and the appointment of a new one. After 25 years at Mate, 19 as president, Kevin Nicholson stepped down. Replacing him is Joe Schneider, who has more than 31 years of experienceat the company. He is described as market and customer focused and brings to the position a strong working knowledge of the company and industries it serves. Schneider started at Mate’s German subsidiary in 1994 and returned to the United States in 1996 where he held progressively more responsible roles in engineering and management.
