International Technologies Inc. offers the NK23 MySpot resistance spot welder from Koyo Giken. The system features a redesigned horizontal welding gun that enables access to deep boxes and narrow channels that are difficult to weld. Dual-arm models include a vertical gun optimized for stud and nut welding and tall, deep and narrow weld points. Copper tables are equipped with a new lifting function that simplifies the use of jig electrodes that conform precisely to the shape of the workpiece. The welder is suited for applications such as switchboard panels, NEMA enclosures, steel furniture, tool storage, food displays, vending machines, sign boards, compressor housings and some automotive components.
