GCE, an ESAB brand, introduced the Nitrogas NG series of on-premise nitrogen generators that use pressure swing adsorption technology. Eight models offer flow rates from 5 to 100 Nm3 per hour at purity levels up to 99.999 percent. Its dual-level modular design allows each generator to be expanded through additional adsorption modules, while multiple generators can also be combined to achieve very high overall production capacities. The Industry 4.0-ready system features PLC supervision of the system to continuously control and/or monitor pressure regulation, flow rate, moisture content and temperature. Target markets include laser cutting, heat treatment and electronics manufacturing.
