ESAB Welding & Cutting Products updated its ST-21 and ST-16 MIG guns with a Euro-style back-end connection that makes them compatible with ESAB and other competitive brand feeders. With color-coded, quick-connect/disconnect water lines and internal connections for shielding gas, the guns are ready to weld in less than 1 min. Both guns have a 100 percent duty cycle at 600 amp and feature a design that can withstand abusive environments. They are especially suitable for pulsed MIG welding with 1/16-in. aluminum wires, tubular wires up to 7/64 in., and high-amperage spray and pulsed spray transfer applications.
