ESAB Welding and Cutting Products expanded its line of single-phase stick/TIG and AC/DC TIG/stick inverters. The new ET 141i AC/DC inverter provides an AC TIG output for welding aluminum and high-frequency, non-contact arc starts for AC or DC TIG welding. The inverter uses 120-V primary power to provide an AC/DC TIG output range of 10 to 140 amps. It is designed for first-time welders who don’t want complex controls. The product features preset values for AC output frequency and wave balance for light-duty welding.
