Bunting announced Robert Bunting is the new president and CEO, where he follows in the footsteps of his grandfather and father. Founded in 1959 by Walter F. Bunting in Chicago, the company has remained family- owned and -operated ever since. Robert joined Bunting’s Elk Grove Village, Ill., location in 2007 and was appointed general manager in 2016. As general manager, he oversaw magnet inventory management, identification and introduction of new magnetic products such as the N-40 and N-52 grades of neodymium, and development of digital marketing strategies for online sales, including the introduction of a new website.
