BLM Group USA appointed Mark Dilling director of service, responsible for the United States and Canada. In this position, Dilling assumes a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service. This incorporates overseeing machine installation, tech support, training, maintenance and repairs. He has more than 20 years of experience in the machine tool service sector with supervisory positions at DMG Mori, Mazak Optronics and Zygo. Previously, he was a field service engineer at TRUMPF and Cincinnati Inc.
