AutoForm Group has acquired Stampack GmbH. This move is expected to strengthen AutoForm’s global position as a sheet metal forming technologies provider. Stampack’s specialized expertise and software portfolio, particularly in explicit solver technology and solid element simulations, complements AutoForm’s range of solutions and creates new opportunities for innovation and customer value. The acquired technology will be able to address new fields of application, such as str uctural dynamics, ballistic and defense, and energy and infrastructure through its solver technology and solid element simulation.
