American Punch Co. named Matt Bendula vice president of operations. Bendula joined the company in 2016 as a roving operator in grinding, finishing, heat-treat prep and inventory control then quickly joined the sales department. He previously spent six years in industrial sales. In his new role, Bendula will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day manufacturing operations, defining and implementing operations strategy and processes, and planning for future growth and expansion of manufacturing capabilities. He will also be responsible for maximizing workflow efficiency.
