The American Ladder Institute (ALI) is celebrating the 10th anniversary of National Ladder Safety Month in 2026 with the theme of “10 Years of Safer Climbing.”
Held every March, the awareness campaign promotes safe ladder use at home and on the job. This year’s effort focuses on five key topics: Choosing the Right Ladder (week one); Check Before You Climb (week two); Set It Up Safely (week three); Climb Safely, Work Safely (week four); and Safe Steps with Stepstools (week five). ALI’s online ladder safety training and educational videos are free and available at laddersafetytraining.org.
