Automatic Feed Co. (AFCO) announced new Pro Series coil processing lines aimed at Tier automotive suppliers processing UHSS, AHSS and aluminum for applications such as inner body panels and stamped parts. Each line is comprised of a single reel and coil cart, peeler, straightener, threading table and press feed. The systems are available in three sizes. Each can process coil stock from 4 in. up to 40 in., 60 in. or 80 in., depending on the model, and all are capable of handling material thicknesses from 0.02 in. to 0.25 in. at up to 160 ft./min.
