Grizzly is inviting fabricators, machinists and metal artists to enter its inaugural metalworking Grizzly Makers Challenge with submissions
accepted through Sept. 28, 2026. The contest, which builds on two years of woodworking competitions, awards a $4,000 gift certificate
and a feature on the company’s official website to the first-place winner and a $2,000 gift certificate to the runner-up. The top 10 finalists will be selected by popular vote. Judges include Shiraz Balolia, Grizzly founder and CEO, Bobby Walker of Devil’s Backbone Knives and Leah Jeffrey of Bruised Reed Studio. Finalists also receive a $50 gift certificate and merchandise.
