AP&T offers emergency case for remote diagnostics

AP&T is introducing a new service for customers to quickly deal with any unscheduled downtime. This option is a temporary solution for remote technical support and problem solving for customers not yet invested in a permanent solution. With the Remote Access Case service, an emergency case containing equipment for remote connection is shipped by express freight to the customer. The customer’s technicians on-site can then connect the machines remotely to AP&T’s technical support department, which then identifies the fault and provides a solution or suggests how it can be corrected.
