The FG3015 from Muratec is built for shops processing high volumes of sheet metal that require a highly automated system. The machine integrates loading, sorting and skeleton removal, effectively streamlining production, and features servo-controlled precision and programmable stacking – automating everything after the cut to boost throughput, safety and reliability. The FG3015 is Muratec’s largest and most capable model in the FG series.
Despite the system’s expanded capacity, its footprint does not exceed that of other models in the series and maintains the compact, right-side material flow of other models in the company’s lineup. The FG3015’s most notable advantage involves its performance gains via automated features that eliminate labor related to manually removing parts, sorting and skeleton shaking – tasks that usually require two to three workers.
FG3015 Advantages:
- Allows manual load and unload access on the left side
- Helps sequence sorted parts to match downstream production needs
- Reduces operator exposure to sharp sheet edges and heavy lifting
- When paired with a tower system, enables extended or unattended operation for long shifts or overnight production
- Streamlines workflow by reducing secondary handling between operations
- Accommodates stack heights up to 9.25 in.
- Handles material thicknesses from 0.02 in. to 0.18 in.
- Suited for aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing and job shop production, among others
