The FG-400 NEO 3-D fiber laser cutting machine from Mazak provides automatic and continuous 3-D laser cutting of simple to complex features in tube, pipe and structural material. From setup to secondary processing, the FG-400 NEO completes the entire production process all while shortening lead times and heightening accuracy.
Stacked with automation and advanced features, less operators are required to process jobs, alleviating businesses from the skills gap. These advanced features also reduce the number of machines and fixtures required, leading to smaller floor space requirements. In terms of load/unload capacities, a standard model can handle material up to 26.2 ft. long. Additional load/unload length options are available up to 49.2 ft.
