ArcWorld HC Collaborative Welding Workcell
Production description (80 words): Designed for human-collaborative (HC) interaction, the highly flexible ArcWorld® HC is a complete robotic welding solution for the fabrication of small- to medium-size parts. Ideal for replacing or supplementing manual weld processes, such as pre-assembly before welding in larger robotic workcells, this pre-engineered mobile cart system is well-suited for high-mix, low-volume production. This portable job shop with three-sided access comes complete with a perforated fixture table, an HC10DTP robot, retractable arc curtain, built-in exhaust hood, and more.
ArcWorld HS Welding Workcell
The ArcWorld® HS is a compact, cost-effective option for integrating robotics into current weld processes. The AWHS is designed for optimizing small- to medium-size part production for medium volume fabrication. Requiring just 1.4 square meters of floorspace, it offers a hinged station (HS) design and allows easy access for loading and unloading parts. The workcell features a single fixture table with a 100 kg payload capacity. It is ideal for R&D, educational use and smaller production runs.
ArcWorld LC Welding Workcell

Meeting established safety standards, the HC10DTP features Power and Force Limiting, where dual channel torque sensors in all joints constantly monitor force to quickly react. Precision hand-guiding facilitates easy programming for fast implementation.
