TruLaser 8000 Coil Edition
The TruLaser 8000 Coil Edition can process up to 25 metric tons of coiled sheet metal without any human intervention. With integrated leveling, cutting and part removal, production is increased dramatically. It is an attractive option for companies interested in flexible, high-volume solutions for sheet metal fabrication, including automotive suppliers and automakers, electrical cabinet manufacturers, elevator producers, and HVAC manufacturers.
TruBend 8000 Series
With a 34-inch open height and a stroke of 27 inches, the TruBend 8000 bending machine offers a highly efficient way to bend very large parts, allowing workers to easily bend and remove workpieces that require a large box height. The press brake is available with numerous optional extras designed to facilitate the bending of heavy parts. These features include a bending aid that makes operators’ lives easier by automatically positioning the workpiece for bending.
TruArc Weld 1000
The TruArc Weld 1000 from TRUMPF eliminates the traditional bottleneck in robotic welding – programming. Simply guide the cobot along the weld seam and the program is created, or better yet – use the new Smart Seam Tracking feature to automatically sense the welding path. Either way - no math, no numbers, no problem! The first part is being welded spatter-free in a matter of minutes and it’s smooth sailing from there. For production runs, a dual-station setup allows removal and loading of parts while the machine is in operation. A press of a button opens the roof for loading large parts.
TruTool PS 100
The TruTool PS 100 part separator tool makes work easier for companies with highly productive 2D laser cutting machines, as it removes small parts quickly and easily from the scrap skeletons of processed sheets. Once small parts are cut, they remain connected to the sheet’s skeleton by microjoints. To release the parts, operators often use a hammer or similar tool ,which can be time-consuming and risks operator injury as well as potential damage to the parts. To prevent damage to parts as they are removed, the TruTool PS 100’s rubberized hammer tips can be customized to meet different requirements
