MPC2000 MC
The MPC2000 MC is an Industry Powerhouse. The MPC2000 MC features our 2.5” drill coupled to a vertical 24 tool changer capable of milling, drilling, and chip extraction. The MPC2000 MC offers superior cut quality in a large gantry format with high accuracy and repeatability. This precision multi-process cutting machine is enhanced with programmable lifters, including powerful AC drives coupled with our Global ControlPlus allowing this heavy-duty constructed machine 24/7 operation, for maximum production.
MetalMaster Evolution
The MetalMaster Evolution, a unitized gantry cutting machine that utilizes plasma, oxy-fuel, and plasma bevel cutting to produce excellent cut parts. Achieve smooth edge quality, precise hole cutting, and high accuracy through advanced engineering. The MetalMaster Evolution can fit your needs, with its rugged construction leading to long-term durability. With multiple processes, including plasma beveling, oxyfuel, drilling up to 3/8”, and marking, it will take your shop to the next level. Messer’s patented Slagger® table comes standard on the Evolution for maximum productivity. With the professional menu-driven, feature-rich, Global ControlS CNC easily makes every operator and expert.
MetalMaster Xcel
The MetalMaster Xcel can become two machines in one with the fiber laser/plasma combination. With this feature, cutting on the same piece part will increase productivity by allowing critical internal features to be cut with the fiber laser and external features to be cut at higher speeds with plasma, or can run individually for best quality and productivity. The MetalMaster Xcel not only features state-of-the-art industry-leading speed, but it also has multiple tool capabilities, allowing for maximum performance and versatility. Additional options include oxyfuel cutting, drilling up to 3/8”, marking, material handling featuring a table shuttle system, and enclosure.
Element
The Element 400 cutting machine is the latest innovation from Messer Cutting Systems, where form follows this machine is a highly flexible, all-around cutting machine. It is safe, efficient, and versatile for cutting automation for plate processing. This machine can be equipped with many flexible options, like plasma bevel cutting, laser beveling, drilling up to 1 9/16" oxyfuel cutting, marking, and a slagger table. The Global Connect control, with redesigned HMI software and integrated OmniFab compatibility. This configuration features improved real-time transparency on maintenance, downtime status, and production reports that are transmitted through the controller, via a PC, or tablet.
