About HSG Laser
Founded in 2006, HSG has swiftly risen to prominence as a global leader in metal shaping equipment and automation solutions. With an installed base of over 35,000 machines worldwide and a workforce exceeding 1,800, HSG has rapidly become a trusted partner across numerous industries in the U.S. and globally. To better serve U.S. fabricators with local support, service, and strategically positioned spare parts, HSG North America recently acquired two facilities: a Chicago-based showroom for hands-on demonstrations and application testing, and a combined training and warehouse center that provides spare parts, logistics, and training services.

GH+STORE PRO
HSG Lasers new GH+ STORE PRO is a new generation of laser automation that combines advanced smart material handling with the all-new GH Series Laser Machine; a high-performance 2D fiber laser cutting system available from 3kW to 60kW. Together, these solutions empower fabricators to streamline operations through high-speed automation and precision cutting, all in a scalable and cost-effective package. Beyond performance and productivity, the system is also fully FDA and CE compliant, ensuring both operational efficiency and safety. Manufacturers and fabricators can also expect local service and support.
TS2 Laser Tube
HSG Laser’s new TS2 Laser Tube is a high-performance and high throughput tube profile processing system that minimizes labor costs. It streamlines tube fabrication for a wide range of manufacturing and production requirements by combining speed, intelligent automation, and precision tube cut processing with automated material handling. The TS2 processes tube profiles from materials including mild steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and galvanized materials. The TS2 is equipped with powerful 3kW and 6kW fiber laser options to cut fast and clean, reducing material waste while increasing overall productivity. It supports round tubes from 12 mm to 273 mm (0.47” - 10.75”).
GL
The GL series has four functions, including uncoiling, loading, cutting and unloading, and is a true update from single cutting to a one-stop processing line. Compared to traditional stamping processes, material is used as needed to achieve better utilization and save on raw materials, not to mention storage costs. Equipped with the Dynamic FlashCut Drive System, it achieves acceleration of 1.5G, driving both cutting efficiency and profit growth. Coils are loaded onto the hydraulic loading cart by crane or forklift, with automatic lifting completed by a single operator, delivering up to 50% higher efficiency than manual loading. An optional multi-coil uncoiling module enables fast switching between different materials and thicknesses, minimizing downtime and keeping production continuous.
TX3R
Engineered for large and heavy tubes from the ground up. Heavy-duty side-mounted design, the machine weighs nearly 20 tons, for robust and reliable operation. With the HSG unique intelligent chucks, tubes can be manufactured across the entire clamping range from 40mm to 360mm without the need for retooling. Automatic loading and unloading of heavy pipes, efficient and time-saving, shorten production preparation time. Greatly improves operational safety, saves labor and reduces production costs. Expand your part spectrum and achieve better tube splicing with high-quality bevel cuts up to 45°.
