AL Systems™ Workstation Cranes
New EMH AL System™ Cranes are flexible and easily installed workstation solutions for a wide variety of crane applications with lower capacity requirements up to 2,200 lbs. Light weight aluminum track profiles, exclusive EMH T-Slot design, anodized enclosed rails, and anti-kick-up nylon wheels are all contributing benefits that provide maintenance-free workstation solutions. AL-System Cranes safely and efficiently accommodate a wide variety of lifters and handling devices. With lightweight aluminum track profiles, AL System Cranes are easily configured to suit almost any application need. Their anodized aluminum extrusions and enclosed rails maximize strength, provide longer durability and add to their aesthetics.
NOMAD® Freestanding Cranes
NOMAD Freestanding Cranes are available in overall widths up to 50 feet and overall heights up to 25 feet, with capacities from 2 tons to 10 tons. Modular NOMAD Cranes provide flexible solutions for manufacturers when needs change or when a traditional overhead crane installation is either difficult or impractical. Base plate design allows most NOMAD systems to be installed without footers. With easily bolted assembly, NOMAD Freestanding Crane Systems are then easily dismantled, relocated and reassembled when the need arises. NOMAD Cranes are available for one, two, three or four-cell manufacturing systems, with safety-enclosed-type runway electrification.
EG Series Hoist
The new EG Series Hoist provides next generation enhanced features and benefits for single girder cranes. With the new EG Series Hoist, trolley adjustment is easier than ever with integrated and robust staging that stays tightly together during adjustment. The EG Series Hoist also has a spacious enclosure to accommodate much larger control panels and variable frequency drives. It has capacities of 3, 5, 7.5 and 10 metric tons, and 20, 33, 50 and 65 foot lifts. The EG Series Hoist makes it easier to adjust trolleys. A longer adjustment tube maintains better hoist integrity and tighter staging during adjustment.
G-Series Crane Kits
Engineered Material Handling (EMH) makes it easier than ever to design, manufacture and install your own crane. By integrating the new EMH EG Series Hoist, users can count on more capability, including enhanced trolley adjustment. New G-Series Crane Kits also include all the quality components customers need to install EMH ZLW Double Girder Top Running Cranes, ELV Single Girder Top Running Cranes, DLV Single Girder Cranes, and EDL Single Girder (Low Headroom) Cranes under Running Cranes.
