MCE e-POWER Fully Electric Plate Roll
The Davi MCE e-POWER all-electric plate rolling system is designed for high-precision manufacturing. With a positioning accuracy of five hundredths, this machine exceeds the typical one-tenth precision of traditional plate rolling technology. Its hydraulic-free design enables simultaneous multi-axis movements and faster task execution. By eliminating common leak points and reducing operator intervention, the MCE e-POWER improves reliability and uptime. Its compact footprint saves valuable floor space and allows easy integration into a wide range of production environments.
AI-Vision
The Davi AI-Vision artificially-intelligent laser radius measurement system uses advanced precision technology to reduce waste, accelerate production and lessen operator dependency. Equipped with dual-axis movement through vertical and rotating head positioning, the laser remains perfectly aligned for precise measurement at all times. Its built-in program self-correction and automatic consistency control deliver reliable, repeatable results with every bend. As the first fully automated rolling measurement system of its kind, AI-Vision sets the standard for precision rolling accuracy.
MCP Angle Roll
The Davi MCP 3-roll double-pinch angle rolling series delivers precise, repeatable bending across a wide range of applications. The MCP supports consistent accuracy in high-throughput environments, from small profiles to large structural sections such as IPE, HEA and HEB beams, as well as pipes. Whether forming workpieces for complex infrastructure, amusement rides or wind energy systems, the MCP combines structural rigidity with advanced control to meet today’s demanding production requirements.
MCB 4-roll Plate Roll
The Davi MCB 4-roll plate rolling machine is engineered for medium to heavy-duty applications and built for high-speed, high-volume production. This series delivers repeatable accuracy as well as a high degree of automation capabilities for streamlining production cycles. Suitable for producing wind towers, pressure vessels, and other large industrial components, the MCB is designed to support demanding fabrication environments.
