HBE411A Dynamic

The automatic band saw HBE411A Dynamic from BEHRINGER is designed for economical use in industry and the steel trade. It offers high-performance saw cuts with simultaneously low cutting deviations in easy to difficult-to-machine metals and plastics. In doing so, the band saw covers a wide range of materials from profiles and tubes to solid material. Thanks to its wide-opening full enclosure, the automatic band saw HBE411A Dynamic offers uncompromising work protection combined with good accessibility. Its low energy consumption contributes to resource-saving production.

HBE320-523GA

The automatic miter bandsaw HBE320-523GA scores with high cutting performance, user-friendliness and precision. It cuts profile steels, tubes and solid materials made of steel or stainless steel at almost any angle. Thanks to the precise feed gripper and fast, NC-controlled cutting angle adjustment, it is fully automatic. Thanks to the standard saw feed with servo drive and unique Behringer cutting pressure control, it is up to twice as fast when sawing shaped steel as conventional saws at the same price level. With its powerful PC control, the computerized miter saw is already prepared for the attachment of material handling equipment.

LPS-T 3D

The vertical bandsaw LPS-T 3D was developed for sawing 3D printing plates in sizes up to 33.5 x 25.6 in. The individual production of the work holding offers a high degree of flexibility when sawing 3D printing plates in different sizes and shapes. With its movable support table and NC-controlled workpiece holding, heavy 3D printing plates can be easily loaded/unloaded using lifting gear. In order to optimally adapt the sawing system to the specific process, Behringer offers various options such as machine housing with extraction option, minimum quantity lubrication as well as individual clamping options according to customer requirements.

HBM540A

The innovative SpeedCutting technology of the HBM540A high-speed saw series allows process-reliable cutting performance that was previously unthinkable. The HBM540A shows its full potential especially when sawing tool steels to stainless steels or high-alloy materials such as Inconel or Titanium. The production bandsaw thus covers a wide range of applications in industry and the steel trade. Thanks to the combination of a powerful machine base, modern servo technology, innovative cooling system and process-reliable chip disposal, the HBM540A gets the maximum out of the tool used - regardless of whether it is a carbide or bi-metal blade.
